Abe graduated magna cum laude in 2019 from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.  While in law school, Abe served as an intern for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and served as an Associate Editor of the Villanova Law Review.  After law school, Abe was a law clerk for Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III of the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Before joining Bayard, Abe practiced in the corporate litigation group at another Wilmington law firm.
