Beth’s practice focuses primarily on complex contract disputes, business divorce cases, judicial dissolutions of corporations and limited liability companies, disputes regarding fiduciary duties of officers and directors of corporations, actions for advancement or indemnification of attorneys’ fees and expenses, and anti-suit injunctions.

Beth is an active member of legal community organizations including the American Bar Association, the Delaware State Bar Association, and the Richard S. Rodney American Inn of Court. In 2022, Beth was appointed to the Supreme Court Rules Committee and was reappointed to serve a second term.

Prior to joining Bayard, Beth practiced in the corporate and commercial litigation group at another Wilmington law firm. Beth earned her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2010. After law school, Beth served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mary M. Johnston, a member of the Delaware Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division.
